I have been managing residential and commercial properties in Tuolumne County for the past 23 years. The area I live in is relatively small so I handle a wide range of real estate from individual single family houses & apartments to a shopping center and a homeowner's association for a condo development. There is never a dull moment! I have a tenant who called yesterday about her house being haunted, guess I'll have to perform an exorcism today.
